Teenager decides to sell gold
A fourteen-year-old boy stole two bullion bars and a box full of scrap gold that belonged to his parents. I read the article in one of out local newspapers. How is it possible that the parents did not realise that their son had been rummaging in their things? He first stole one bullion bar. He managed to sell gold on an online auction website through his father"s account. The man had not been using the account for a long time. Then the boy bought a new bike for the money he had got from the buyer. He told his parents that he had won the bicycle in a school sports competition. A month later, he stole two other bullion bars and again, he managed to sell gold through the same account. He got some expensive clothes and electronic devices. It was his English teacher who noticed that something was wrong. The boy seemed to be getting extremely expensive presents from his parents. The woman called the boy"s parents, but it was too late. The boy had already managed to steal a box full of scrap gold from his parents" attic. He had run away from home by the time his mother and father arrived home that day. The police are looking for a young boy trying to sell gold through his father"s auction website account or at local jewellery fairs.
